Starting way late too late for seeds?

If I start seeds today they would be sprouted by the 1st leaving about 2-3 weeks max for veg time before the hours reduce to 12-13. We dont have our first frost until at least the 1st or 2nd week of November. Only going to do 5 i think it's mainly for seeds and a little winter smoke if they survive. The strains im going to use are.

Lemon kush Fem.
Northern Lights auto
2x white widow x skunk regs (for pollen)
Blue Grapefruit Dream Fem.

Each in a 2x2 hole with native soil i have good earthy light soil so i guess I'll see how good it is. Plan on feeding flora series but only micro, bloom if they need it won't have a good veg time so they might not even need nutrients for awhile. Anyway any tips or advice or think im too late im not looking at yield here 1 per would do great mainly want seeds here.

You`ll be fine. I`ve done it a few times. I just threw some in the ground today. Haven`t checked on the late May grow yet but those are for tops only, I like the late shorter plants better. For me, smaller plants let go to November taste better and the high is ridiculous. Big plants are best for commercial reasons I don`t bother with. I take the tops and let the skunks and squerrels have the rest. Once had a leaf sticking out the ground all year, it turned into a bud coming out the ground. That one got good comments. Again You`ll be fine. They really take off in late August early September anyway.

Yeah I know there going to be small. I was going to do a full season went out dug the holes in April and never went back till a few days ago to get the shovels decided im going to throw some out and see what I get. I hope to get a male on the widow x skunk or even a herm so I can make some acclimatized seeds for next year. Il be happy with 1-2 oz seeded or unseeded per plant enough for the winter I smoke slightly over an oz a month.

We think and smoke alike. I`ll never be a heavy smoker again. And don`t be surprised, these girls can do magic in the right soil. It`s better to let them sprout first cuz the birds and animals like seeds. Mice are the worst.

I feel I smoke alot but I also share with my wife. I wouldn't mind sprouting them in my box but the spot is across town on a friends property so id have to drive seedlings. I'm going to either use a Dixie cup or McDonald's cup and cut the bottoms off for the roots to form a good root ball before they reach the actual ground.
