honestly.. What happened for me is I ordered an easyryder from their pick and mix, it didnt germinate right away so I contacted Attitude, they told me to send the seed back. right when I went to pull it out of the soil I saw it had finally sprouted.
I trust attitude still.. Maybe I'll try speedy soon.. but I really like attitude a lot still.

I ordered from attitude and dude they sent my beans quick and discreet .
I can see how you feel ripped but most of the time it's not what you say but how you say it and ....I can "hear your bitterness" Im sure Rachael did also.
Perspective can be helpful also.
Attitude gets alot of static from the feds! They really are doing a huge service for us here in the states anyway!
I just would give it some time let them know that you understand .
Even the most reputable companies error from time to time .
Did the beans that germed grow to as advertised?
I would try again with a calm attitude suggesting things must have been hectic and cause for the confusion earlier(hint...hint)
Good Luck and pm me with any results

First let me state again, Im over it and have moved on.

I was always nice, positive and cool w/ Rachel. As she was w/ me. I told her flat out "the problem isnt w/ you, its w/ GHS", thanked her and wished her a happy Holiday.

Thanks for trying to help, I do appreciate it. I have 5 strains going right now that all look nice and healthy. 3 more ungerminated, sitting and waiting their turns.

So as long as I get a few nice looking Moms I should be all set for a while. :weed:

I had no plans on keeping this thread alive, but then yesterday I got an Email from Rachel from Attitude.

I responded and sent her pics (I threw the packaging and bunk seeds away after 2 weeks) and she responded today.
She asked if I would take a replacement w/ my next order, I responded that was fine but Id like to choose my replacement from another breeder. I simply do not trust GHS and would rather go w/ another seed producer.

I'll update again as soon as I get a response from Rachel and let you guys know what the end result is. I will say this not though: The Attitude IS working w/ me and seems to be trying to do the right thing here. I have to be man enough to admit that my anger/disappointment was misplaced. The Attitude seems to be following through, my gripe is w/ GHS.

LOL Update again:

Got another Email from Rachel. they will exchange the seeds, but only for what I originally purchased. They will be shipped w/ my next order. So I guess I'll be giving The Church another go, hopefully get a better batch of seeds this time.

it sucks that attitude is always taking the fall for seeds not germing. I do think attitude should handle replacing the seeds, but I don't think they should pay for those costs, that should be left on the breeders, and from what I've been reading and hearing, it's always left on the attitude to cover costs which is complete BS

Update:

I was Emailed from Rachel at Attitude last week, we've been exchanging emails since. Today I got the Email I was hoping for. I placed an order yesterday (Barney Farm Violator Kush) and in the notes section I mentioned the replacement seeds. I emailed Rachel w/ my order # and she made sure that replacement seeds are being shipped w/ my order. Got the email today from her confirming my order and that the beans will be w/ what I ordered.

I gotta say I'm happy now. I also want to say this: I was NEVER once in any way rude to Rachel or anyone else there that I talked to. When asked what the problem was I told her "they are damaged" she told me to send them back and I replied "they are little piles of mush, kinda hard to tell that they are even seeds."

I DID NOT mention germination until she kept probing me as to what specifically the problem was.
I should also point out that I believe Attitude gets reimbursed through GHS, not sure but Im almost positive. If not, you gotta chalk it up to the cost of doing business. Kind of like a restaurant comping drinks, meals etc. It costs much less $ for the business to comp than it would for them to lose a customer.

The cup doesn't measure how good a plant is from a growing point of view, its just based on what bud that breeder enters into the cup that year.

Be sure that what ever strain ghs enter into the cup it will be the best pheno grown to its absolute best in their perfect legal conditions, this in no way reflects what you end up with.

well, obviously wouldn't you, they all do.you dont think the rest of the breeders don't do the same isnt that why its call a competition you supposed to bring your best and thats why we paid the price for the seeds because we know what we're getting also dont tell us that green house seed or any other breeders is going to bring low grade nugs to hightimes cannabis cup competition are you being serious, seriously!

Thats what the cup is all about and the point I was trying to get across, the cup isn't about which weed is the best weed, its about who produced bud that people prefered to smoke that day.

It has no bearing on how many times your likely to get that bud from a pack of ten seeds

The HTCC is in no way fair and balanced in it's judging. It's always greenhouse or Barney's because that's who gives away the most weed. Don't get me wrong the smoke they bring is top notch and possibly the "best" but the bigger companies will always have their product smoked more than the smaller ones because they are able to give more away. The amount that a breeder is willing to give up is the one who will win the general award. Plus, the people judging even at the most VIP closed events are already ripped and have smoked 10 different kinds in one day. So if they smoke All indica and sativa strains. They can smoke sativa dominant strains and then smoke a indica dominant or one with more indica properties and say wow this one really stood out, it put me on the couch and that will win. Not because it was better but because the 6 before it were the same and the 7th was just noticably different.

I made many orders from attitude...all arrived. Then one day I ordered Barneys Red Diesel ten pack and ZERO germ. I wrote to attitude and their responce was... we will forward your complaint to the breeder. I spent alot of money with them I was a good customer to have and thats how I was treated...screw you not our problem, so I never ordered from them again. We pay alot of money for seeds, I don't think a little respect is alot to ask in return. I will now only order from companys that stand behind their products and customers.
