starting seeds

I have always grown from clones. I just got seeds from attitude, after germinating and then into soil once they sprout can i use my dyna grow fertilizer, or should i give em a few weeks, whats the best soil to use for starting seeds also?

i start my seedlings in ffof, and no nutes for at least a few weeks. i usually don't feed till well over a month

after a month from seed will they be big enough to take a clone, cus basically i got these seeds and am not doing my real grow for a month but just growing em out for a month then taking the clone and using that. if that makes sense.
