Starting seed???

So I got myself rapid rooters, ffhf, ffof, and perlite. When the time comes can I plan on bottom half of 5 gal pot ffof and perlite. Top half ffhf and perlite. I planned on popping the rapid rooter at the top of all this so I can avoid transplanting and start the seed in the RR with a little dome over till sprout will this work?

Initially you can get away with one clip fan...as they increase in size, you will want some airflow both above and below the canopy. I like to have atleast 2 fans running inside incase one takes a shit on me...however you can achieve that with static or oscillating fans is fine.

I do not know much of growing with LED but I think I recall something about the temps needing to be higher in there with LED to assist transpiration or something...(wish I could help more)...the reason I mention this is because with 2 or more fans inside, and a 6in exhaust, it may be hard to keep your RH and temps higher depending on your native climate - you may want to look into this

I feel I will have the opposite problem where the tent will be in a room with ambient temps up to 100. If it’s too hot and can’t cool I will move it. My main concern is the oscillation really that necessary? I was thinking one 6” clip pointing one way down low, another above the canopy pointing opposite directions and one above the light to keep the driver a bit cooler. This along with passive air and a T6 humming and scrubbing I was wondering if I can get away with no oscillation? Things are just getting too pricey at this point

Yeah, your fan placement sounds fine...fans that oscillate on their own are nice but not necessary. Give that setup a practice run before putting your plants in there...it may need to be moved to a cooler spot or you may want to run a fan in that room to cool it since it will also be hearing your tent up with that same air.
