k me and my friend got alot of advice from yall hoping to get more very soon :) but ne wayz we have 2X 11 watt 600lm cfl lights. i know it's low but were starting with it as im told it is ok to just start with. we plan on upgrading soon. but my question is what lighting should we start out with? since it would be the first day and all. 18/6 ? also how often do we water it, and how much water. if there is nething like baby rocks in soil will this work or no? there is a few rocks and little wood thigns in it. sounds dumb i know. so ne info on lighting/water would be great thanks again :hump:

P.s. How do u guys get ranks? like mine says "stranger"
 
Are they sprouts?,,starting seeds? I usually go 24 hrs for about a week on sprouts then i jump back to 18/6 for 3 weeks then I send them..Got clones well rooted...go 18/6..Careful about over watering..Soil or hydro?
 
yeah i started with clones and I went 18/6 and just keep them moist . try to journal for yourself when you water and how much you water .. this way you establish a system and a pattern for your watering. Also what kind of water? is it tap? bottled? distilled? I fixate on my water for my babies. But anyways I started with 14 clones and only lost one. w00t. so good luck. this is a great place for help~
 
have to agree with pjboy31 about water...ph ph ph cant stress that enough
Let water stand for at least 24hrs if your using tap..put your nutes in your water 24hrs before you ph it..nutes have a tendencie to elevate ph levels so i put my nutes in the water then let it stand for at least 24 hrs then i ph before watering
