Starting DWC Bucket Looking for Nute Suggestions

I'm going to start a DWC bucket with my next grow. I'm just wanting go get a comparison on DWC to my typical soil grows. I've tried it in the past, but never saw it through to fruition. However, this time I want to see it through.

I'm typically an organic Fox Farms guy, but I'm curious about other nute solutions for DWC. I noticed in a previous attempt at DWC using FF Big Bloom it clogged up my air stones. I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a nute solution that works well in DWC, I could care less if it's organic or not. Also, curious as to how many products might be needed or available. With my soil grows I'm using Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger, Bloom, and micros Open Seasame, Beastie Blooms and Cha Ching. Not really looking for less or more, just good to know when making an assessment.

So fire away would love some input and thoughts on maybe some other solutions. While I'm experimenting might as well give it a go with the nutes too.

Thanks in advance.

I use the Lucas formula. It is 8ml per gallon of Gh flora micro and 16 per gallon of flora bloom from start to finish. works great

What kind of water will you be using? If distilled or RO, you are going to need some type of Cal/Mag supplement. As far as using organics, you still have a lot of options. If Fox Farms has been working for you, you might consider sticking with them. I found a feeding chart for Fox in hydro gardens, hope it helps.

I use Humboldt Master A&B with their SeaCal, SeaMag and Ginormous according to their heavy 9 week bloom drain to waste schedule. I'm only in my second grow with this but am very impressed - and the plants seem impressed too.

I just started my plants on Dyna-Gro, for flowering so far they seem to really like it. I should be able to judge its effectiveness by the end of my grow.

Trying the Lucas Formula...0/8/16 with GH Micro and Bloom first grow we'll see how it goes, I'm gonna do the 1st method (change the res every 6 gal top off in my case)
Cheap...

I'm glad to see another Dyna grower. I've been using Dyna for years and always have a successful, tasty crop with it. I've tried Earth Juice and Canna but still got better results with Dyna. I mix the 3 part nutes just like Dyna website says and abandon my EC meter after time. It takes my Ph about a week to start drifting. Love the stuff.

I've found that using organic nutes such as Humboldt in a DWC causes build up on the airstones so they clog. The General Hydroponics Flora Series has worked best for me. I've never tried the Lucas method but since I'm actually in the middle of setting up another DWC tub, I'm going to try it. My only question is, the Flora series has 3 components...Micro, Grow, and Bloom. So the Lucas method completely omits the "grow" nutes and only uses Micro and Bloom?

I found the answer to my question about the "grow" nutrient in the GH FLora series. It's not used at all in the Lucas Formula. Very easy and straight forward...and I won't have to buy the "grow" anymore! Thanks guys.
