starting cfl grow need help

if u 12/12 from the start it wont really be a veg so u can use them all the way through

i want to veg 4 2 weeks since im using seeds

then i will be flowering them

you should be good but remember the more light the better

yeah if i see them stretching which i dought because i will be lst ill add another light or two
