Starting a shed grow

So the ladies seem to be dropping all the pH burnt leaves and getting over their grumpy as fuck root bound stage.

Thinking about adding .5 of a gram of mono potassium phosphate to my feeding program. I'll sleep on it as the 200litre is only half empty now and I've a few days to think about. Anyone who wants to give their advise please post

Had to put the seeds in the heated propagator as the temps are dropping here and I'm worried the seeds might be old.

is spray foam the best insulation to use ?
Depends on price but I prefer the cotton candy kind and it’s less messy, just wear gloves and long sleeve.
Rooting for your build-out there! If ever in a position to filter some natural light through, it may buffer your utility bill, but then does let out heat more.
i covered the walls (but not the ceiling or up to it) of a small greenhouse I have with some hard insulation and now have a nice little nursery/veg-starter for the cold nights of January. In Northern Cali, US, near the coast- perhaps similiar to there- the sun is lowered in the south providing just enough light and warmth I can avoid running utilities for a few hours a day.

I'd love the have solar tunnels for added light but they would be like spot light beaming out of the shed at night not good in a red state

The room is filling up fast going to have to leaf strip the hell out of them this week
