starting a micro grow~

im soon going to be doing a small; personal grow
4- 23w cfl's
2- "kush" bagseeds
i plan to veg for about 2 weeks
then MAX LST.
id be happy if i get 15-20g of high grade bud

can this be acheived in this "inviroment"


any advice is fine
im just looking for the MAXIUM yeild i can get with just about 100w of CFL's; I was thnking of a small scrog..
