Starting 1st Autoflower CFL Grow - 125w 2700k ok for seedling?

Hi everyone, I now have my PC Grow setup ready to go and my 2 seeds arrived in the post this morning. I've currently got the seeds soaking in mineral water in separate covered shotglasses in a dark warm place. Just waiting for them to show knots before they go into the soil. Anyway I just wanted to clear a few things up before I plant them. My setup is as follows.

Seeds - 1 x Lowryder EasyRyder and 1 x Dinafem White Widow Auto.

PC Case - 52cm x 37cm x 20cm (h x w x d) covered in Diamond Mylar.

Ventilation - 2 x 80mm PC Fans Exhaust at the top next to the light. 1 passive intake at the bottom the size of a 80mm pc fan.

Light - 1 x 125w CFL (2700k) 7000 Lumens - 18/6 ratio.

Soil - Biobizz Light Mix - I was recommended this as apparently the All-Mix can be too hot for Auto's in seedling stage.

Nutes - Biobizz Bloom and Biobizz Grow

Pots - 2 x 6.5 litre/1.5 Gallon (20cm Diameter) - 1 for each plant.

Is the 125w 2700k ok for the seedling period? They will be going straight into the 6.5L pots once the knot shows and then raised up to the light. I read on a few forums that if you put a feminized seed under a 2700k it can increase the chances of getting a hermaphrodite plant? I could add another 6400k (what wattage?) but have read conflicting opinions on whether it's necessary for autos as they go straight into flower?

The other question was that we are having some great weather at the moment in the UK. Could I start them on the window sill in the day and then move them into the grow box in the evenings to give the seedlings a nice start or not?

Cheers :)

Maybe info overload - its just the kelvin question I'm worried about. Will growing purely with a 2700k increase the chance of the feminized seeds turning hermi or male? If so can I do the first few weeks on the window sill and then move into the 2700k grow box? Any veterans out there want to lend a newbie a hand?

ive never heard of that happening :/ i think they should be fine tbh. I think HPS is a warm light, but loads of peple seem to start their seeds on HPS so go for it. windowsill is a bad idea inless ur window is parallel to the days coarse of the sun. My mate started his critical mass on his window sill and only got about 6 horus direct sun. he harvested about 4 joints of bud

You should use a 6400k blue light for the first couple of weeks, Then ad a 2700k red light. Having both spectrums of light will make your plants much bigger,
ive used this tequnice for a while and have had some REALLY good results.
these plants are auto skunk mass fems, i harvested after 76 days, quite pleased with bud size and smell fantastic, got 5oz dry from 3 plants.
Hope this helps.
