Starting 12/12 before sexually mature.

So i see people on here talking about flowering at 12" so that they have room for the plants, is that okay to do? I thought you weren't supposed to flower until the plant was sexually mature....I know this sounds corny but that's what I read in one of the grow bibles, if I read correctly. Next grow i'm thinking of just going straight to flower at 12"...Thanks..

when you can top or bend or top again..why wouldn't you wait for some preflowers? some people would go 12/12 from seed..it's your garden..test it and see what you like..it is strain related as well..early/late maturing :) .

I agree qroox I didn't top until fourth node this time. I think if I top next time at second node like you stated in my grow journal that I would be alright with my space. Top them twice. Just want my next game plan to be better than my first grow because I'm gonna use my good seeds now lol

hehe nice..!! if you could top once above the 2nd node and veg for a week,would be optimal.What's your height limit ?

Well my tent is 79" tall. But with light and everything I have around 55-60"? I would say that's a good estimate. Maybe a little less?

i think that 4 colas will do you just fine.ill do the same as well. got 1.5m to play with :)) i can always bend so i dont worry.chill man!

Oh I'm chill! Just planning ahead :) I kinda want to try led lighting... But that will decrease yield won't it. I would really like to save on heat/electricity.. But don't know what type of Led I would need for my area lol an 840w?
