3 Purple widows in the back. 3 Purple kush up front. Concerned about height with the PW. I topped two of them a couple weeks ago. They are certainly outgrowing the PK. I have the PK propped up on stuff to try and keep an even canopy. Did a little trimming off all the bottoms. Heats an issue this time of year so i'm trying to keep a good air flow going. 8 fans running in there.

Some strains do NOT respond well to supercropping, especially if done in 12/12.... too much stress at one time...
you can LST them- use string to gently bow (don't bend/break!) the branches down toward the lip of the planter and tie them to the planter (use large safety Pins for bags)
this not only keeps the height down, but opens the center of the plant to more light, and all the nodes in the center and at the sides will grow up toward the lights to form a wider but lower canopy.

Agree with above just them the grow they will be getting even bigger though. Might need to use some stakes to support it eventually. Try to keep all the leaves on if you can. Does not seem like you took to much off anyway. Basically the leaf is what produces the bud so more leaf equals yeah more bud. But looks good Good luck Hope that helped
