If two seeds were germinated at the same time but grown in 2 different places outside would they both finish around the same time?

What if they're in the same place? Wouldn't the same light schedules make them both start flowering?

Some strains flower for 8 weeks some for 12. Sativa generally takes longer to flower

Thank you are there any ways to tell a sativa from indica just by looking?

Sativa has long skinny leaves and a indica has fatter wider leaves
