start flowering?

hey i have these two plants theyv been in the ground 2 1/2 weeks now , i was wondering if they are looking haealthy and when i should start flowering them . . . here are some pics thanks!

I cant get the pics to come up...
It all depends on your grow area,lights, the strain and on you...The general rule of thumb is: Your plant will atleast tripple in size(height) so if you flower at 12" it will get to 3ft if not bigger...
