Standard Exhaust VS. Sealed CGE room

basically sealed is common when using co2, otherwise the exhaust will suck it out. youll need an A/C.

should sealed rooms use exhaust fans during the night period,
to control humidity? or dehumidifiers? iv read that you should exhaust the air in sealed rooms once a day..
so even in a sealed room an exhaust/intake system is important?

I've yet to exhaust my sealed room. ever.
It does require an ac and depending on the size of your garden, the ac for me is able to dehumidify the room without anything else.
Hope that helps, idk.

so does your a/c run 24/7?
what happens when the weather gets cold? then its time to switch to a dehumidifier?

considering a sealed room,, as my garage doesnt have easy access to cold air (ie under the house)

anyone try sealed and standard and have a favorite?

you can use supplemental co2 in both apps..
more precise control with sealed?
also more electricity, tripped breakers etc..
less odor,, more stealth,,

whats the best?

In a sealed room you need to supplement C02 and also run AC. Advantages in a sealed room is you can bring your CO2 up higher than you could in a standard room, also less chance of pests invading your grow room. Odor also becomes a non-existent issue. If you get a master controller you can hook it up to your CO2, humidifiers, AC, etc. It basically makes you god of weather.

A non-sealed room will use less electricity because your not running an AC and all those other things which can get expensive. Cant really think of another benifit apart from that.

Thats all I can think of really. I have a semi-sealed grow. I have a tent with CO2 going on inside it and air cooled lights but no intake/exhaust. The room in which the tent is in does and stays at a reasonable temp. I still have to use an AC though when it gets too hot usually only once or twice for like 10 minutes per 12 hours though.
