this is a classic example of projection.
i love the hispanics. that they are so frugal keeps prices way down here. drive 2 miles east and gas is suddenly $0.25 more per gallon and the food is more expensive for less nutrition (and flavor).

but seriously, the food you get from their food trucks is way more nutritious than anything you'll find at subway or wendy's. i'm still disappointed that the carniceria does not carry colita de pavo. i call them once a week to bug them about it.
