Stalled flowering?!! Help!!

I switched to 12/12 63 days ago and flowering began about 40 days ago. I think stretching finally stopped but the buds have been like this for multiple weeks and aren't seeming to grow or become more dense. More flowering sites still seem to be forming and trichomes are forming, but I figured at this time they would look closer to finished buds. Is this normal? What could cause plants to stay like this? This is four way special a mostly indica strain. Thanks for your help!

Looks like it may be trying to re veg do you have any light leaks?have you checked the timer?
Also I may be wrong but it looks to me like more sativa leaning in which case get ready for a longer flowering then a mostly indica

Do all the buds look like that? In my experience the buds toward the bottom that get less light will develop slower than the buds toward the top. Leaf tips pointing down is a sign of too much nutrients. Are you growing in soil or hydroponics?

I'm growing in coco. The usual EC im giving them right now is about 1600. The run off has been high, about 2200 EC. Could that be related to possible over feeding? Should I fertigate more or lower my feed EC?

I believe there is one megazila nanner forming on the 3rd pic slightly on the left from the centre. Total darkness is crucial for proper flowering

Def overfeed and possible reveg. From what I've been reading, and I don't have a definitive answer for this yet since this is my first run in Coco. Apparently nute companies put out high PPM/EC grow charts to force people to feed their plants more for more profit on their end. I'm going to only feed 250-300ppm max in veg and like 500-600 max in flower.

I would lower the ec to 1.2 and increase the amount of runoff you get. Feed twice per day like that and you'll flush out the old salt buildup and get healthy new growth. I think your buds look normal, they are just overfed and need more time to develop.
