So I sprouted this orange zkittlez seed. Unlike the other ones that have sprouted, this one keeps growing away from the main light. It moves quick too, in 20 min it can be leaning back the other way if I turn the pot 180 degrees.

I have moved it all around the area and it just grows out towards the wall. I dont want it to kill itself, I also dont know why it is doing this . The other plants are just fine .

looks like it stretched a bit too much and now the stem cant support the leaves. You have space in that container, i would add more dirt. get as much of that stem covered as you can

It isnt that it's too heavy for itself and needs support, it keeps growing away from the light. I can turn it and it will stand straight up but after another 10 or 15 min it has started growing away from the light again .

When I shut the light off for 6 hours, it is standing straight up again.

I originally thought it stretched to far and got to tip heavy. I had a support for it and turned it towards the light, walked away, came back and it grew away again

Oh and I have a container with the bottom cut off placed on top of the pot the plant is in to use as support and to create a focus point for it . So far it isnt helping

ive never really had that happen. theyre under an LED on full blast? too much light maybe?
Yeah a 40w led. Maybe the light is too much for this particular strain . I can dim it down and give that a shot . The other 3 plants ( different strains ) ate doing fine .

I've been doing tons of reading on seedlings over the last few months trying to perfect my method and haven't come across anything like this.
The only thing I can think to ask is how is your humidity?
I've seen mentions of uv sensitive strains, but never anything with real info.

Humidity is actually kind of low . I'm wondering if the light bouncing off the mylar is what is causing it to grow to the side . Its digging the refracted light rather than the main light itself .

That’s what I was gonna say. It’s trying to get to that relflective material - which at this current stage is useless.

Is cover it until they are older then make it more reflective.
