Spring break watering system

Hey all,
I'm going on spring break next week (i'll be gone the entire week from my girls)
I need some way to water them while i'm gone.
I have 5 plants that are still in solo cups (they are 3-4 weeks old)
Do you guys have any quick, easy, or cheap ideas to help me out?
Thanks

Get a timer, submersible pump, 5 gallon bucket, and hoses - 1/2" main line then into 1/4" to each cup.

Time how long it takes to get the desired amount of water to the cups, set timer and go.

Put in bigger pots. will retain more moisture. Keep them cool I just don't have any idea how to get them water. you could get by with just once.

Ya, sounds like a good time to transplant for sure. that will help. anyone tried those glass bulbs that get filled with water and the stem gets poked into the soil? they sell them at Wally world. says on the package they keep house plants watered for a couple weeks. or they also sell those auto watering pots there as well. idk if either of these is a great solution, but at least the are both under ten bucks. good luck

I'm also am going on a spring break vacation for the same amount of time and I plan on using those bulbs. I'm not worried at all. But, I found them at the dollar store so if there's a dollar store by you i would go there instead and probably save yourself a little bit of money. Great minds think alike. ;) +rep

Might wanna pass on the auto watering machine thing..... looks a little...
FUCKED UP! and maybe little obvious... dunno if ur trying to hide it yet...

but really... LOOOK AT THIS BEAST lol

This is to water my little plants inside of a small stealth growbox so that auto watering is out of the question. I might just put them in bigger pots

I heard if you get a long candle WICK and stick it in the water going to the bottom of the plant that it will feed that way.

Take a plastic bottle of your choice, and put a small pin hole in it (maybe a couple small ones), you will need to play with the diameter to suite your needs.

I agree ^ Just get a couple bottles and make different holes and place them in a pot without holes.. See how each one empties and how much and determine which one is the best time release
