It only affects me if I'm in Texas.
It shows up NO WHERE else.
Unless it's like a paid background check, and borders aren't. And don't care about misdemeanors anyways.

Never said it was. My friend got a dui in California and when we all went up to Canada he couldn't get in. We all thought that it only applied in Cali, but it stays on your record. Any misdemeanor is considered a criminal offense. And, if you're unlucky, they will check you.

Okay this is to the people that are commenting negatively about shaggy, Im new to the site, and and am not taking any sides, or defending either party, but its quite childish and shows weak character for you guys to be saying some of the things your saying.... Not even saying some comments are not true, but it is the internet. It is not your spouse, or your sibling.. It is not a co-worker, or a boss.. It does not and should not effect you in anyway at all because you simply do not need to even read the thread or post a comment if you disagree with or dont like the threads made by someone..kinda bothers me that people can sit there and talk shit to people they havnt even met....expecially from a bunch of stoners..
