Spraying sulfur foliar as pest management,Can I use organic supplement MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)

I also got this premade foliar bought from store which contains inorganic sulphur 19% from that amount polysulfide is 8% and there is also calcium CaO 8%, in the foliar ,ph 9-11
Im wondering If any of these products can be used as foliar in the veg state.

I use bonide micronized sulphur, one tablespoon with a tad of thermx to a gallon for various mites etc like broad mites. Only in veg at cooler temps
