Spots on leaves?>

I have spot on leaves in second picture, from seed this is three weeks old, advice on spots, and how is this plant doing? the pic was taken under hps light

Had the same problem on two sets of my leaves. I looked under the leaf and found some sort of mite on the bottom, just looked like a spec of black dirt. Removed all of them gently with tweezers and haven't found any since.

And I could be wrong but hps is usually used for flowering not veg

It usually is but you can still veg under a hps.

Yeah you can do whatever under HPS, for sure not the growth that you would get with a MH. Those pics are bad as shiat though. I can't see anything crazy on them. Mix up a batch of water and a little soap and spray them down maybe. See if anything gets better. You can check for bugs if you know how....probably nothing huge.
