I would go with leaf hoppers. I have them. Don’t damage my plants enough to concern me at the moment. It is outdoors and unless it’s causing an issue it’s hard to control insects outdoors. Leaf hoopers can spread diseases. My lady’s are healthy and I have a spider on each plant so I figure I have bodyguards on my plants and lets nature take its course.
It you are concerned, not sure how good been is on leaf hoppers (might be great I just don’t know), but there is also diatomaceous earth. Insecticidal sprays as well- but those are not organic if that mattered to you.
