Spots and new growth lime green/yellow

Hey I have a set of outdoor plants doing well still have another month and some before flower they growing extremely fast but I just ran into specs of yellow dots and lime green growth with the new fingers kinda deformed looks like. I just started to feed her last week again thinking it's nitorgen deficiency but would love to know what it actually is or if I'm just worried over nothing. Ps I am a new grower

The lime green is often normal for new healthy growth.

Check for pests.
(Lots of Thrips in my area.)
I have been but I'm just seeing little fly's once in a while I had one big ass spider that kept trying to pull fan leaves together to nest finally got the bastard few days ago. I'm reading check under leaves and in new growth area but don't see anything. This is one of my thoughts its not rapidly getting worse to progressing slowly I notice a little more each week
