Splitting existing LEDs into 2 grow spaces - what to use for a little boost in each?

So I currently use 2x CLW SolarSystem 550's over a 4x4. To my understsanding that's around 50w/sf since they each draw 400'ish actual.

I'm thinking that's a bit more than necessary as I'm not running closed/co2, etc. And heat is a challenge especially in the summer months. I was considering setting up another 4x4 space and then running them opposite one another for 12/12 cycle in the hopes to reduce the heat per 4x4 a bit and also double my space.

While 2x of the SS550's might be overkill I was thinking 1 maybe a bit more of a drop in power than I wanted. So I was thinking about another 200w or so to take things to around a true 600w per 4x4 space.

Since I do have the SolarSystem series I was eyeballing their 275 models as I could buy two of those + 1 more 'controller' and be setup pretty well. Those SS550's aren't exactly new tech and still carry a hefty price tag so I know there's other good options to consider. Staying away from DIY for a few reasons as I do like ET/UL listed gear, etc for insurance reasons, etc.

The offerings for the LED market evolve so quickly I'm not aware of all the latest / greatest options, but I do have a couple of the QB's for use in my veg/mother plant space. Curious what the crowd here would consider if they aren't aiming for dropping a wad to fully equip a new 4x4 space but to maybe add some supplemental as I don't want to see my yield suffer from going down to 400w alone. I do like the appeal of staying with CLW and the SS series as I would have 1 timer / spectrum control over each space which I do use to bump the red/blue a bit based on veg vs flower cycle.

I had hoped the SolarSystem stuff would have dropped in price by now since it's older tech (I believe) and they're pushing their COB based models now. Seems like the SS line still carries a bit of a hefty price tag for its age.

WWYD?

I've definitely been digging on the strips. Looked at some of the off-the-shelf offerings but so far haven't identified really the best parts/vendor using them. I was also looking at something like those Timber Daisies... where I could hang a 100w or so pendant COB on each side of the existing light.

You'll see no better spread benefit than 4 strips on 4-6" from the tent wall surrounding the premier boundary. With a source in the center, all the light falls off towards the edges, so if you fix that with strips, you'll have a VERY EVEN ppfd. Just use 4 of these per 4x4 and be done with it. Use an LRS-200-48 per 4x4. Parallel wiring
