Hammer and nail works everytime. Plus the old nail in the stem trick stresses it out and adds mad thc.

Kicks that plant into chuck norris mode and starts kicking out the thc like you ain’t never seen.

It’s one of many tricks I’ve heard from old guy in hydro shop. It’s basically science. Trust me.
This is a joke right?

I'm in week 3 of flowering and I split the main stem at the top. It split about an inch or two so I taped it back together. Is this going to be okay what negative effects will I have? Here's a picture of the plant but it literally just happened in the lights went out so I didn't get time to take picture of the split. Look she's smoking is there anything I can do to help my plant I'm really mad at myself?View attachment 5080643
Our plants went to the same boot camp lol

He did say “trust me”
So that is like totally legit on the internet
I believe him. Lol. I have heard of people doing that at the end of flower saying it increases resin production but that's literally the opposite thing I'm trying to do. I got it handled it's all good it looks fine. I wouldn't try it maybe if I had plans to spare but I like growing one or two big ones.

Recently someone recommended that while topping, leave a bit of a nub above where the branches meet to prevent this from happening. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems pretty ingenious.

Yes that definitely helps unfortunately this time I didn't leave enough and the little nub died and fell off.

Niiice!!!
Was a long grueling veg, but worth the experience with the training. Only thing I'd do different is I wouldn't have lollipopped. I would have never seen any larf on that squat ass plant. Pulled almost 7oz I think.. I would have to check notes or my thread. It was a while back.

I have these 2 Gelat.Og plants right next to eachother. The one on the left is under a fc e3000 using the whole fox farm line. The one on the right is under a 400w hps and im using the whole Nectar for the gods line on that one. The The NFTG plant is way bigger but a week younger. I also have a ts1000 in between the 2 big lights.

Just my two cents….Hit that full size option on the photos next time. Much easier to see them.

Oh you were but believe me there's people on here that fully believe that nonsense. I've literally read posts exactly like that before. That's why I asked before I said anything jerky. I was HOPING it was a joke. Lol
Swtg mfs come in asking 1st page google search questions. Like did you even try to learn first? Or just want mfs to grow it for ya? It’s a plant.
(Not talking about op, just making a generalization. a split stalk is legitimately concerning especially if you’re just starting out)

I am legit in tears. I thought I made it sarcastic enough to know it wasn’t real. However it’s definitely a old bro science wise tale.

My stomach hurts. Hahahaha. Sorry for being a smart ass.

Old guys at hydro shops know it all. It’s my number 1 recommended place to get your info.
I get all my grow information from some young dude on youtube. Those old guys are stuck in the past.
