Terence McKenna believes DMT use allows contact with Others, nonhuman, not even necessarily of our continuum. I don't agree with that when there are much simpler and mundane explanations available. cn

It doesn't usually, and it doesn't need to. However the susceptible use it as a crutch for animism. That is the part that I view with some distaste. cn

(best done with an eclipse vape out of a large bong)
have you actually blasted off into another realm..
it didn't answer or tell me anything.. it simply made me question everything.

when you blast off into another dimension it can bring up some funky questions that you cant ignore.

... that it is a full-service psychedelic. It allows me access to parts of my being ordinarily closed, in keeping with Huxley's "doors of perception". However I feel the spirit-awareness component of a psychedelic trip is an artifact, a "resonance" (for lack of a less crude term) with something deep in our wiring. All my opinion, of course. cn
