Spider mites!

Iv got like a brand stuff from the shop but it's all chems an i could smell it 4 days after so I no its gona taste of that Shit I might just be best getting rid of everything an starting again? spray all my stuff for the coarses is says to follow an bug bomb it then I should be Ok I'm hoping but I'd like to get threw my first harvest!
Just that it's either wait out see how it goes or start now again I'm not sure. Could be the cuts I used.
Would it be best to illuminate bigs by using seed?

Pyrethrins and pyrethroids can be toxic not only to cats but also to dogs and fish.
Fact. Everybody has heard about the toxicity of these products in cats but don’t be fooled, cats are not the only species at risk. Pyrethrin/pyrethroid toxicity is also noted in dogs with greater risk of toxicity in smaller breeds of dogs. Typical symptoms of toxicity include vomiting, hypersalivation, tremors, ataxia, and seizures but not all reactions are neurologic. In addition to this type of toxicity, dermal reactions can be noted. These are characterized by localized or generalized pruritus and occasionally dermal erythema or excoriation from self-mutilation. As mentioned earlier, it is also possible to show respiratory symptoms secondary to inhalation of these products. All forms of pyrethrins and pyrethroids are highly toxic to fish so make sure pet owners clean up well between application of these products and handling anything that is going into a fish tank. Nobody wants to know that their actions resulted in the death of their prized arowana when it could have been avoided!

How can I help to prevent it?

Mighty wash, Power wash, repeat. The secret to getting rid of mites is coverage when using a contact kill spray.
I use a airless paint sprayer for complete and controlled coverage. It really doesn't matter what you use, pure spray green works wonders if coverage is good and it's nothing but petroleum oil.

Another good and safe product is Flying skull nuke em, it's also a natural fungicide but coverage is the key.

if you're taking your own cuts or from other people flying skull clone guard serves a couple purposes, one it kills any bugs on the cut, two it kills transpiration so no dome, no wilt.

Of course any sprayer will work if you're persistent enough with it. I just like the ease of an airless paint sprayer, couple minutes and you're done and so are your bugs.

There so much money though dude but I can imagine it comes though as a really really fine mist?

Some are actually cheap. I like the ones with the pickup tube you drop in the solution , the pump is remote and all you have in your hand is the sprayer connected to a hose.

I'm growing organicly, professional soil, clay pebbles. I'm using a super Hps 600w light plugged into my ballast I used it at 250w for first 2 week of veg now it's been on 400w since the start of flower an did remain that till yesterday when I put it back down to 250 to lower the temp to stop the mites so much?

Yep heard that about most things but there's not one that's a one time apply an done its repeat an repeat all the time? with plants but iv been working onit almost 3 months
