??Spider mites??

The bottom two bigger leaves on my clone have light freckles on the leaves, what i think are spider mites. Only the bottom 2 leaves are really affected.
Any ideas what i could do? its a small clone still only bout a 3 inches tall.
im transplanting to a bigger pot tonite so should i take care of this problem before or after i transplant?

My first crop i had a massive infestation and i tried a couple of things that didn't work,then i bought a bottle of stuff called 'DEAD RED' at my local hydro store and i have not seen even 1 since it worked great and it was the cheapest.spray the under side and all over with just water and if it is spider mites,all their little web will show up.good luck
