Spider mites?

Happy Thanksgiving all. Noticed some white flecks on tops of some leaves. Magnifier showed what appeared to be carcasses of something then under several of those leaves i spied the pictured vermin. This plant is in week 4 of flower. It is in a 2x4 tent alone but in the same room as a 4x4 in flower. No signs in that one yet. I removed all affected leaves I could find for now. 1: is this a spider mite issue and 2: suggestions to control/ eliminate. Thanks.

They are aphids not mites. You can get rid of a lot of them with water, spraying them off. A soapy water mix sprayed on the leaves will also get rid of a bunch of them.

Look for ants I'd almost bet the house that there are ants near by...

PureCrop1 is the only thing Ive found that I felt safe spraying during flower, no ill affects from spraying all the way up to past week 6+ this year outdoors, no signs of purecrop on finished product.

Them little bastards if you let go long enough, will mature into flying feks that will make your life a living hell if you dont stay on top of it..

I have delt with aphid infestations out here, the feking ants are non stop battle.. DE, Greensand, PureCrop1, saved my ass for sure.

You can put a spray nozzle on your hose and pressure wash their asses off there, but if there are ants, they will be back back about as fast as you wash them off..

Deal with the ants, they are nearby somewhere..

Another feked up fact about these sap suxs..

They give birth to live insects that come out ready to eat, no egg hatching time required.. If left untreated, this will ruin your crops, them bastards dont stop.

This year I was at a buddy's house and he had some on his trees, you could see the ants tapping their asses for their honeydew..

These 2 bugs together are a total nightmare and them ants are hellbent on getting that honeydew, if you dont get rid of the ants, you will never be rid of the aphids, them 2 feks go hand and glove.

Gently spray them off with a water bottle or pump sprayer filled with water. Put diatomaceous earth around the edges of your grow area to try and prevent ants from carrying them back. There isn't a lot you can do mid flower other than try to manage and prevent imo.

Them ants carry them fekers faster then you can spray them off, its crazy to watch them..

These ants are relentless when it comes to their honeydew..

I managed to knock them out "after extensive sprays, sands, DE, and non stop squishing 'ants feared me at the end".

Shit thing is, Ill have to do it all again next year lol.. You got to be relentless when it comes to bugs, they will take out all your hard work and not even say thank you..

Aphids are easily sprayed off with plain water. They are the easiest of pests to get rid of. There may or may not be ants around.

They are not just as easy as "wash them off and be done", maybe if you only had 1 or 2 in the area.

You wash them off and the next day they've already made their way back..

PureCrop, Neem and Canola Oil kills them, but if you dont stay on top of things, they will be back time and time again, esp when ants are in the equation.

a drop of honey on a yellow sticky trap ,draws ants they walk on top of traped ants to get at the honey. i use a dusting of DE (use a mask DE is hard on the lungs )on top of my soil ,the water at two points till ants and aphids ,or what ever spins out on it's life cycle.
