spider mites on plants that are done

Ok so we have 2 plants that are infested with mites and were wondering if we should just cut the plants since their almost done. We want to cut them so we can get ride of most the population. Lady bugs were ineffective

Any input?

I soooooooooooo hate these little bastards. I wish there was some way to get them to want to leave the plants and go somewhere else and kill them there. I've bombed the piss out of them but then they stay on the plants and you're smoking their little carcass'. I guess it's more the thought than anything but it's gross.

If they're almost done just chop em!! Don't let them do any more damage and ruin your crop.
