Spider in my plants

So after a storm I went out and check the plants to make sure they were good and I noticed this super big black and yellow spider in one of my plants. Is it safe to keep there or should I remove it?

Leave it. It’s a meat eater not a plant muncher.

Just a garden spider.

I leave spiders since they don’t hurt the plants. They’ll catch bugs that fly obviously, moths suck and the spiders can eat every one they can get in my opinion. I don’t think they’re much use against bugs like aphids that stay on the plant mostly, but I’m usually lucky enough to attract a lot of ladybugs to my plants.
