Not all companies have bad customer service on AliBaba either, at least in my experience. I ordered 4 240W boards from Archibald, one crapped out in about a week. they asked for a video of it not working, which i sent. I now have a replacement, and the old board as well which i'm betting is repairable, or i have a spare driver now lol. This was a couple months ago, and i have yet to have any Chinese breaking into my house
Seriously hoping some people from China try and break into my house, that would be fun

nope...it took a loooong time though, but am happy with the end result. I am testing these 4 boards for somebody, and they were not happy about the early failure, but getting a replacement without having to send the old one back??? They seem to be performing fine, just like 301b chips in 3000k with a small amount of red and meanwell drivers should perform.

LoL so just one more quick update for everyone. SF did in fact send me another replacement light after taking down my review. Plugged her in and the dimmer switch doesn't work at all. I could honestly care less. These lights are just junk and is to be expected for the price. Ended up giving the light to a friend.

What i find telling about all this is that our "oldtime" sponsored advertisers, timber and hlg, well whenever a thread like this poped up here on riu theyve allways engaged in order to find a solution. Nor SF on this thread, meither mars on that ridiculous photoshopping issue has had the guts to man up and write even a single post adressing the issue. If i were you id reinstate my review and tell the full story without embellishing, just facts. Warranty is only valid as long as you dont give bad reviews.
