i have a few questions about growing in the southeast. my spot is located deep into the woods, and ends up looking out over a waterway. it is aproximately 300ft. from the water, the gap inbetween my spot and the water is marsh land. there is extremely thick brush and i dont think anyone in their right mind would trek out there willingly. the spot gets plenty of light all day . i have never grown succesfuly "out-do", i have a few harvests under my belt growing "in-do", so i have a pretty good grasp on the growing aspect of my chronic. i will be growing bluemoonshine x master kush (some seeds an aquaintance of mine ended up w/ after some "MK" pollen got spread through his grow). i think these seeds are going to turn out super stanky, even though they probably arent very stable. i plan on having 4 plants spread out over this whole area, and hopefully the surrounding vegetation will be enough to disguise my ladies.
sorry for the horrible description i'll get pics updated when i take my little gal's out there.
so here's my questions, any and all help is greatly appreciated.
1) should i use pots, or dig holes
2) will all the salt in the air affect the plants
3) if i plant into holes, will the salt in the ground hurt the plant/stunt growth
4) what are effective and cheap ways to manage bugs
5) should i worry about critters (rabbits/deer/etc...)
6) should i top/fim or let grow naturaly
7) what are some good recipe's for quality dirt , or should i just buy some?
how stanky does herb get outdoors?? ( i kinda figured since there was waaay more airflow that it wouldnt bee as stinky as "in-do" buds ) <--- correct me if im wrong.
thats all i can think of as of now, ill get pics of my spot up within the week, i'll upload some pics of my indoor setup also.
