somone plese help first time grower

hi all as said this is my first grow , have to autoflowering plants growing for my self 7/8 days from poping soil
setup
150 w hps
coco
was feeding 2ml floralux a litre tap water stood now have gone to canna a+b 1ml litre see i that helps

baisically i have a nirvana nothern lights auto seedling looking very pale and a brown dot has formed on leaf
also i have a pineapple punch auto wich i feel could look better

Too early for nutes.. (my opinion) only PH'd water till 8 leaves... look a tad over watered too

thanks guys i only fed them as guy in grow shop said i had to feed them from the start in coco ,, will i need to flush or anything
