Break into the thieves car and put a can of pepper spray under th clutch if its a stick brake if auto. Super glue a screw to bottom side of the pedal. If you are good take the driver side door appart and remove to internal opening mechanism. When the guys fires up his car the screw will poke a hole in the pepper spray filling the entire car very rapidly. With the opening mechansim removed he will be stuck in there untill he gets his wits about him and crawls over to the passenger side. This works I have done it. No need to kill sum 1 or get yourself killed. Just a well thought out revenge plan...

go nextdoor and ask your neighbor to sell you alittle bag so you can try out what you were growing until someone stole it.

I don't know man, you guys seem to have a hell of a lot more control then I do. I would try and find out if he is drying it there. Hop the fence walk around the house, use your nose. If you smell it? Its on baby! Just remember dude, its an illegal substance. If you went over there and kicked his fucking door in he still couldn't call the cops without getting busted himself for possession of more than an oz. You would probably scare the shit out of him and get your smoke back.
