so would i still need one of those transistor things or whatever its called???
Well I am not 100% sure what you are talking about, But I am kinda guessing. When you get a 400Watt, u dont have to have an Igniter, just a capacitor wired to your ballast.
When u go to the grow store, u can ask them to wire your ballast to your normal 15amp house line. Than, all you have to do is plug your ballast into the wall.. You can also run some fans off the line as well. Your 400Watt, that is wired at 120V will initial draw more Voltage so less can run on the line but you can because the ballast draws 4.9amps for the first 15mins and than runs at 4.0amps (120V wired).
U still have alot of amps left over for fans etc..

stiffy.... that is a shit ton of plants you have goin. lol. that's like havin a full time job! what do you produce a year?
Do you mean in my display picture or my attachment, were I demonstrated what CFL's to use? The Garden picture is were I ran a supercharged garden.. I get great yields-that I fear to even post, with out people becoming skeptical of what I say.
The plants underneath the CFL's were last years outdoor plants.. You should see this years :) I have 1500 outdoor-BC Big Bud X.. Some are already snapping to flower and some are going to be two weeks behind, but hey! :)
Yea it is a full time job. I also help out at other gardens because I take a cutt from them.. I trim for people as well- I come with a machine, so they pay me 30 bucks an hour and I am worth it.. My fulltime job is a youth worker. What a releaf ;)

lol, thats insanely awesome! it's always fun to see a productive, lucrative garden with reliable, awesome results. also good to see a grower take the hobby very seriously and has got his stuff together. congrats man, that is alot alot alot of hard work and long hours, but i'm sure your well paid for it in the end! i can barely manage a few plants at a time without pullin my hair out. lol 1500 plants..... ahhhhhh that sounds like the greatest forest in history........ :)

Well I have photos to back it up :), but I can only send 1 at a time over the hot mail account because they are 6.6 MB and they dont work over rollitup.org because they are to large... Well paid.. Well it's never enough. I do good I guess. Enough to get my toy's :). I think having enought money is haveing two months off for the carribean, 1 fridge packed of food, and 1 fridge freezer packed aswell. The ability to relax from dinner onward watching anything you want on T.V over a smoking new pionneer plasma :) Oh and to build a large green house :)

don't use any nutrients look how dang small your plant is, thats your problem. maybe the soil is too strong and you need to use a weaker soil mix in the future, but she should grow new un damaged leaf clusters soon enough.
