it could be temps tho bra dont quote me on dat. Or it could be normal fo that strain.
What are your temps?

so more nitrogen?

Ummm ...NO....No nutes till 3-4 weeks old..plus the purple stem thing may be a strain trait.....Even if it was a deficiency it would not be at this age.. the only real deficiency that a baby plant has is light... Most new growers over nute/water.. thats their problem, impatience..more water and food doesn't mean more weed ..it mean a shit load more grief...
Screw stems.... I water every 3-4 days and as stated above I feed only later and never more than once or less a week.... as long as baby is growing and healthy keep going....... Luck :joint:

nah man i dont have any cameras right now..

But they are like 2 weeks old... The temp is like 75 degrees, and when my lights are off for six hours the temp is around 70-71.. and the whole stem isnt purple.. it has four purple pin stripes.. only on one part too.. not the whole thing.

i use a mixture of bat guano (p), and ive also use (n) but that was earlier, and a bit of seaweed extract.

i had a few seedlings that grew with purple stems and they all turned out to be completely healthy girls...just hold out for a while on feeding them anything until they can at least develope stronger roots, maybe that strain just looks like that at first, and maybe temps like some said, but the stem will definately go normal in a week or so.

I think it is phosphorus. If it was a strain trait it would be in the leaves and slightly tinting the buds. You might need potassium too because usually that is the reddish tint and that usually goes hand in hand with phosporus. If it is a real deep purple then dose them with the full amount of P recommended.

Also Guano is high in N or P and seaweed is well balanced in N low on P and good on K so you got to figure out the equation....what are you missing.....

You can give them a lot of seaweed. Seaweed is very hard, almost impossible to overdose although I do not recommend going like five times over the regular. I know good high N guanos have like a 10-3-1 but the P and the K should be about 5. So some people have a high N guano and a high P guano....it's difficult to find an organic ammendment for K but greensand is good when it is mixed into the soiless. It breaks down so slow though. Meta K by Earth Juice has a not of K in it. It's good to start with a high N guano and a high P guano so you can control what you need and then when you are ready to flower it is an easy change over with readily available ammendments. Seaweed is good during the whole life cycle and is somewhat of a catalyst.

Improper temps or humidity which is parallel to lack of ventilation causes symptoms like rot, mold, extra dry leaves, dry soil, weird moisture spots, and that is if it is too high or bouncing around too much. As for it being too cold or low then it will cause withering but I have never seen anybody have low temp or humidity because of the lights.

lol, two weeks old and you guys are trying to figure out deficiencies.....

there's nothing wrong with them. leave them alone, feed as you would have your last two grows..... o.0...... and everything will be ok.

i have some plants from seed that are 3 months old, and have never been fed. they're a bit yellow, mag and nitrogen starved, but still alive and growing. these plants WILL grow if you let them......

;)
