Some minor poblems

Ok so this is my first grow and I have run into some yellowing leaves and brown spots developing. These plants are OG kush strain but the seeds are from a sack and have not been feminized or anything so I don't expect them all to become award winning plants if you know what I mean.

I am growing in an organic soil with some perlite and bat guano. (potting soil from my local nursery)

Using 1 400 watt metal hallide that is about 2 ft away from tops and new growth looks good so i don't think it is heat.

NO nutes until today but they are in low doses and i am using Pure Blend pro grow.

The problem is on the lower leaves but it is starting to make its way up.

These plants are a little over three weeks. If anybody knows what the problem could be please help. Thanks.

If your plant is in veg growth stage and the leaves are turning yellow at the base and this is moving slowly up the plant without upwards leaf curl then you need nitrogen. Normally N problems occur with older leaf growth first.

That one bottom leaf looks like an N deficiency I agree

the brown spots look like they were water dropped burnt

are you spraying/misting with lights on?

also leaves are a bit droopy, when did you last water?

It is actually time to water right now. But I figured it my be an N thing because I havent been giving them any at all. Also this plant that I posted the pictures of is different then my others. It is the same strain but its apperance is very different. The leaves are wider and appear to be almost greasy. shimmery maybe. Ill post 2 more pictures so you can see the difference.

Well I googled your nutes and was not empressed

it looks your trying to stay organic and I'm not knockin that

but you got either a deficiency or a lock out

since you said it was time to water I'm gonna reccommend that you flush em first don't add anything

make sure water is at or close to a 6.5 ph and use 3 times the ammount of water as the pot size (ie; 1 gallon pot = 3 gallons of water)

after flushing test the ph of the run off and let us know

then wait a couple of days and see how they respond

Well I havent given them any nutes yet until today so its not the pure blend that is affecting them. And i watered before i read your last post so ill flush them in a day or two and keep you posted. I appreciate the help btw

No problem, glad to help

it is ok to flush even though you watered em

but also ok to wait and watch (one of my mantras)

Ok soooo I dont think that the brown spots are from water drops at all. They are increasing in size and number. They have also moves up to the next set of leaves. Any Ideas anybody?
