Some medical questions

Okay, about 12 months ago i got busted with some ganja and got diversion program (basicly probation) which I was told would have random drug test throughout my year probation. Well thing is im about to be off of probation on jan 8 and i havent been tested yet. But i got medical marijuana about 3 days ago and im wondering if you guys would think i could possibly get tested on my court date and should I even worry? Ive heard you can still get in trouble but i dont really know how the law works in that respect. Please help! I need my pain meds...

Anyone got any oppinion? Your input would be greatly valued.

Your only talking a little over a month and yes, I have been tested they day of my court date. The DA states an agreement pending the outcome of the test. WAIT IT OUT!!!

I know what your thinking, I have a medical card, but that will not change the fact that your court case will become a nightmare if you were to attempt to travel that path. Do you have enough money to high an attorney that is qualified in both your current situation as well as your states new law on MMJ? Do you really want more court and Anxiety?

Choice is yours, but one month is nothing in the face of disaster bro.
