Ok thanks what's a good combination now for NPK? I live in goat licking Saskatchewan so not easy to get good nuts

Any complete fertilizer that is balanced should serve you well. IE an npk of 10-10-10 or maybe even a 5-10-10 with all the micro nutrients aswell.
I would lean towards something close to the 1-1-1 ratio if you can only get one since you already are having a nitrogen problem.
You might be able to get away with a 1-2-2 ratio though since the stretch is done.
Depends on strain somewhat.
I've had strains that will stay green through bloom with a 1-4-2 and some that would yellow in a week or two from it.

If supply is really an issue, any decent Tomato Food can get you thru.

That's actually pretty good for flowering. Second the tomato food, anything with lower N and higher PK will be good

If you mix it 1/4 strength, every watering if they like it. The plant will tell you. Bluish/green tint to the plant means it wants more PK. This is a good down load to have around.

Looks like magnesium deficiency to me, use some epsom salts. pretty hard to over due imo so I dunno like 10 grams top dressed on that plant? you can always flush it out as magnesium is super water soluble and easily leached.
If you really want to cover your bases you could add calcium nitrate as well the day after and twice the strength of the epsom salts so you dont mess up you cal mag ratio. Lots of people see calcium and magnesium def starting during the 3rd week of flower.
50lb bag of epsom is like $21 and a 50lb bag of calcium nitrate is like $27
