If u got the money for a hps get it.Dont ditch the tubes it can be used for side lighting or vegging and cloning...

do my plants look fine i think i will get myself a HPS real soon do you know which one i must get and all the specs dont wont to go and waste money on the wrong light now

Your plants could be better.It needs more light so it can pack on some buds.Add some cfls to the mix and get some lights over the canopy..A hps will fix all of that.You can get a 250hps to a 1000 hps.Its up to u.Go by how big is your grow room and how many plants you want to grow to decide on the light.A 400 watt is a good light to use for personal use that what i use but just watch out for heat.

Well for now i am not going to be buying a HPS light going to get more CFLs for the canopy. Do you know the specs on the CFLs that must get?

WELL I BOUGHT THE BULB TODAY IT IS A HIGH-PRESSURE SODIUM LAMP 250W E40 PH-HPS-250 IS THIS THE ONE THAT I NEED FOR FLOWERING DONT HAVE THE CONNECTIONS AS YET HERE IS A PIC OF THE LAMP

Yeah thats the bulb u need but it needs a ballast as well..You can put that into no cfl socket..

Yeah i know it has a much bigger socket e40 size how much do you think a ballast will cost me

Got this bulb for a huge bargin r140 which is like $20 lol

betwwen 100 to 200 dollars.Check ebay they have some on there..
