Oh no as soon as I read this thread. It sounds like it was made by the police in an illegal county in a illegal state. I don’t know anywhere you can get 4000+ dollars for a pound of weed anywhere as a matter fact officer I don’t even know where you can get a pound of weed

He was talking about the cost of his consumption. Dispensary prices vs growing your own. "Investment" as in saving money, not as in earning it.

In the UK a gram of street weed is £10. So on that basis a pound would cost £4480 or $6072.39.

Here's the math I used when I started thinking about growing my own. If i grow 1 plant x mistakes = minimal loss, where as if I grow 4 plants x mistakes = 4 times the loss. Oh wait that's not math just common sense :lol:

dont forget the closet full of extra lights you bought because didn’t listen the first five times on getting the right light and think you can cut corners.

Probably not. I haven't smoked any in years. If I am not the person that grew my smoke, it'll be my mate up the road.

I have seen "teenagers", my daughter's boyfriend, pay up to £80 for 3.5gr, for so called "cali strains". They are things like Blue Dream, Zkittles and French Macaron. Basically, they are getting normal £10 a gram street weed and sticking it in a fancy tub with a sticker on it and charging a silly price for it. Thing is, I have grown French Macaron and Blue Dream (Auto and Photo) and they look much nicer than anything he is bringing home. But he is happy being ripped off, so I let him get on with it. That is something like $14,000 a pound.
