spot on, tell him to get some better airflow, that'll help prevent it, do a nice diluted solution of the peroxide in some ph balanced water and spray that baby, should help kill the germs. Be sure to look up how much you need to add to your water, to much oxygen rich water could hurt herHydrogen peroxide will do the trick. Do some research to see how much h2o2 you need to mix in with your water. Then spray the plant down like your foilar feeding. Tell him to get stronger fan and if he doesn't have one tell him to get one to prevent bud rot when it starts fruiting.

A friend of mine has some white powdery mildew/mold starting to grow on his lower fan leaves... what can he do to SAFELY remove this stuff... He is all organic.
