I eat worse than when I served ...don't do cardio and in better shape than when I was getting out

My best was in korea from 07 to 10....weighed 178 with a bf of 11%....at 5'5 I'm bulky

Part Asian here. I'm lucky if I get up to 150lbs. I eat like a pig but can't keep weight on. 5'6"

Yeah I carry some around the love handles....plus it doesn't help I have no ass lol....I can't squat for medical reasons

walking and jogging really is a great way to reduce stress, keep the metabolism and trim that lil extra. I have to get more disciplined with working-out tbh. Yoga is also great!

Lol, I'm stiff as a board...I have no flexibility at all

I'm more concerned about flexibility than anything. But I best stack some more muscle on before I get too old to do so, as we age the mass dissipates each year. I've had a gnarly back injury in my early 20s... So I tend to no overdo anything physical or I end up paying for it w neck or back pain for days. tedious herb trimming can be a nightmare.

5ft 11 198lbs. Was 255 4 months ago. Started walking everyday. 4-6 miles. In the beginning it was fucking hard. Now I can jog a mile. Getting older, got to stay in shape. Fat doesn't melt itself anymore.

Grocery stores are best because they don't expect it. But for lunch time BJs you usually gotta know them a week or so. If they're faster then have fun until you find a more respectable one because she's likely too crazy and keeps a box cutter in her purse and is named Carrie
