Solid/compressed buds

Hi all,

I have had a few grows indoors now but i cant seem to get buds to be solid nuggets.

I am getting good yields but the bud seems fluffy. I sell a little bit here and there and guys are scepticle about it. These guys are so used to smoking shit that has been through 10 different sets of hands and has been "vacum sealed" (compressed).

I know it isnt the strain becasue i grew a clone in my back yard and it was good. So, is there something im doing wrong. The only nutes i use are dutch master. Should i be using something else with that. Im running over 1000w of lights so i dont think it is that.

Heat is an issue. Ventilhation is not. I never new that. Without putting in an Air conditioner i have no idea how to keep temps down...............

How much effect does it have. The plants look good. no sign of heat stress. Even when i put clones in. Do you think if i started my light cycle for a night time when the temps are lower outside.

ie: 6pm until 6am

Yes, definately a good idea to run your lights at night if heat is a problem. Other than an AC, the only good solution i Know of for heat is to increase ventilation. Air cooled lighting is also a worthwhile investment, if you aren't already using it.

Heat is your big issue! It needs to stay between 75-78 F its the ideal temp range! You may not have good enough lights or have them close enough either! Could also be the strain! I'd tell your friends to be grateful its not that nasty compact shit!!
