solar power

just wondering if anyone has used solar powered fans in their grow rooms?
i was thinking of putting one in. Would they work under lights? I am currently using too many power outlets for lights and air pumps, and water pumps, and water heaters. Just wondering if anyone else thought of the same thing or if its a waist of time. sorry had a few drinks befor typing i thnk i got most of the spelling mistakes

Solar panels are still pretty inefficient, and take many years to pay off their investment, you're better off having an electrician add another circuit to your house.

If you did want to go the solar panel route you'd probably want to have the solar panels charging a cache of batteries, then run stuff off the batteries.
