Soiless mix

I am thinking of a soiless mix for my next grow. 1/3 perlite, 1/3 vermiculite, 1/3 peat moss. I got the idea from a grow video I got from High Times. My question is when growing this way is this considered a Hydro grow since there is actually no soil? Does harvest time work the same as with hydro setups? Does this mixture restrict the root growth? What is the best ferts for a grow like this?

first of all, its nice to support high times but that video is on youtube for free. use hydro nutes. and no it wont restrict root growth in any way, it is actually more airy than other soil mixes. personally, i wouldnt call it soiless because of the peat moss. i dont quite understand what you mean about harvest time....harvest when its ready.

on some of the seed descriptions, it states that flower times vary with soil or hydro. That is what I meant

my guess is that they will flower faster than regular soil mixes but not as fast as 100% hydro.
