Im going to be starting my first grow ever and I've done a lot of research but would like to be guided in the right direction all advice is welcome!
My plan
--Seed to flower--
-I'm limited on space so I'll be growing in a 2x4 tent
-I've seen a lot of lights and I'm huge into diy so I built a cob cxb 3590 3500k light set up and will be using this with plans to add some small Cree leds to make a better spectrum
-Here's where I get a little confused is soil watering and nutrients. I've done lots of research and I think I'll be getting myself an ro water filter to start with a super low / 0ppm I plan on using blue planets full line one because it's easy to use for a 1st time grower and is some what cheap.(I'm open to all options so if you have other brands let me know) soil I haven't exactly picked but I was gonna go down to a local shop and see what they had and recommended.
This is where I'm confused when should I start giving nutrients to my babies? With ro water I know I need cal-mag always but I planned on doing a feeding schedule where I give them nuts then flush them a few days later then again with nuts is that a good idea? or just always give them nuts at a lower concentration. I've also seen some post that say soils come with nutrients(duh) and I don't want to over do it, so how and when should I start feeding them remember I'm starting from seed so I'll be doing a 5week veg maybe less maybe more and following the nutriants guide of the brand I go with probably make it a little weaker then what they say to do. Any and all advice is welcome!!
Does and will this plan work if you can answer or send me to another post that can answer these questions I would love it!!
