Soil to compact???

My six clones all super droopy and have been for weeks thought I was over watering but after not watering for almost two weeks nothing has changed. Only thing I can think of is that when I transplanted I compacted the soil really good and that's when the problem started

what kind of soil?

and compacted soil is not a good thing...you want the roots to be able to grow, but if you have it too compact, it may be making them difficult to grow.
